Kotor Nest is a coworking and coliving in Montenegro
Two stone buildings, 20 rooms and a coworking in the heart of the Old town. Enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, company of interesting people, and authentic Balkan cuisine.
Why Kotor?
Kotor is a stone made Old town, located in the deep blue coast of Montenegro.
Our coliving is open from later summer throughout the winter (October 1st to June 1st). This means that you will live the local Old town life, without mass tourism.
Itβs a small town, after few days, your regular routine will include saying good morning to the bakery, kiosk, and coffee shop owners.
β°οΈ π
Kotor Nest is located on the coast, but it's surrounded by the mountains.
Our colivers would hike or bike on Saturdays, and kayak or enjoy the bay on Sundays. Often we do some day trip excursions to LovΔen or Skadar lake. In the winter months, you can go from the sea to ski in two hours.
Old bike or your foot will get you everywhere in Kotor!
Kotor Nest is the space where community and comfort come together. We started our coliving in 2019, among the first in Montenegro and the Balkans.
Digital nomads from 5 continents so far spent time in our coworking and coliving space.
20 comfortable rooms and each is with remote worker needs in mind. You will find all the small details you need for a productive and stress-free coliving experience.
We love cooking together and just have long and inspirational conversations at the dining table.
Espresso machine in every apartment, high-quality mattresses, on-site laundry, and weekly room cleaning will provide energy and time for the important stuff- work and fun!
Coworking area
Every room is equipped with a desk and working chair for undisturbed working and video calls.
On-site coworking space provides a productive and comfortable environment for 8 to 10 people. Plenty of natural light, comfy chairs, and a fiber connection with 400/100 Mbps speed to work on your project.
We are currently searching for another space in the town where we will be able to have bigger coworking, both for our members and locals.
After work π€Έ
Kotor is surrounded by hills, fortresses, and beautiful nature. Probably one of the best places for hiking.
Visiting fisherman town Perast on a sunny day is a must.
Sailing is one of the favorite group activities of everyone.
Our living room is a multipurpose place, we transform it for to a stage for hat talks, to a cinema, or yoga studio; drawing classes and board game nights also happen here.
Open for bookings!
What our members say about us:
Stayed here for a month and had a great experience. The owners really make you feel welcome and a part of the community. They host daily events so travelers can get to know one another which was great for me as I was traveling solo.
The rooms were modern and clean which I appreciated. Also, they had a cleaners come in almost daily which was amazing for the shared spaces like the kitchens. I would highly recommend Kotor Nest!
Espero volver.
After a few months of travelling almost every other week, Kotor Nest was the perfect place to call home for a month. I havenβt come across many similar set-ups with owners / operators who understand what βhospitalityβ really means.
Community is at the core - plenty of activities organised which you can choose to opt in for, or not, with no pressure. Hiking, kayaking, boat trips, cycle trips, mussel farms, lunches, dinners, business workshops can all be looked forward to. Made some great connections & canβt wait to get back again to make some more.
